At Machines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all hardware and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all components included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Machines account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device back into its original box with all manuals, cables, and protective foam to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
